For reference, my pc specs are about as overkill as you could get for a 6 year old game: 4k 60hz monitor, Gtx 1080 graphics card, i7 4770k cpu. I played through mass effect 1 without a hitch. Played it the first time on console, trying it out on PC now through origin Access.
